I don deny his briliance and it was not his fault that after the millions that went into selling him that he would ged the decision in his favour 99p/c of the time but i know most of you will disagree but Duran was better he came from nothing no big wigs making his life easyer and jumped a weight ,Light to welter and beat him and Lonard tried to realy fight no tricks thinking would be stronger then a blown up lightweight and got it wrong.Hagler beat him aswell no matter what the record says.

sweetassugar is lying that leonard made hagler look old and i will give proof beyond all doubt: this was broadcast over the tape of the fight itself in the last 20 seconds of round 6 when tim ryan blurts out "sugar ray said that hagler had lost a lot of speed and was counting on the slowness of hagler"
Sorry to dispell the rumour but the truth is the truth and we all want the truth dont we? so leonard dont make hagler look old. he was already looking old and leonard confess to it.

Before saying what I want to say - I always consider SRL to be one of the best, but... Prof boxing has a bit different rules Look at the statistic Duran-Leonard first fight - Leonard had more clean shots, but there is not doubt in anyone that Duran won that fight. Because it was a fight, not just boxing. So, Hugler won. He beated the shit out of SRL.
