why do yo want your wheels to spin everytime you want to accelerate. Its better to have a car that is safer and just as fast which is the BMW. marc has too much torque!

Just to repeat what some people have said already: the Lexus had the driver, the guy in the backseat, and two cameramen. And the stop clock isn't exactly accurate. But all in all, all four (including RS4) are sweet cars. But, personally, I would prefer is IS-F. It's fast, comfortable, reliable, and I think it has a sick interior. Biased review.

uh buddy, mercedes posts a 4.5 for the 0-60, and people have been known to get them to 4.3(at best) 3.9 is outrageous its not a fricken bugatti

the bmw only needs 4.0liters to make 414hp, the lexus needs 5.0liters do the same and the merc has a wopping 6.2 to get just 30 more horsepower, the bmw m5 makes 500! off a 5.oliter, given its a v10.. btu stil i'll take engineering over brute force

first of all you must know that bigger engine is always easier to muscle up...and second for ex. lexus ls460 has 388bhp and mercedes s500 has 380...you get it? everything is calculated my friend

WTF are you guys thinking! What kind of testing is this? You measured time with 3 different methods! A stopwatch, a cellphone, and a guy blindfolded and waiting sitting in the backseat w/ a cellphone? Here's a hint if you're still lost and dumbfounded, the room for human error is too high to be accurate! O yeah, having one driver doing all the test would also help minimize the difference. Both Chris Chilton and Ben Barry should aboard the failboat immediately.
