That is the most illogical bullshit i have ever heard they weren't on the first pride ppv so they're not pride fighters yet they are UFC fighters? Both fought in pride long before and lost a fair bit then came to the UFC and dominated. They NEVER came over to fight... they were scared because their "rockstar" lifestyles earned them set up fights that kept the boys in the limelight.
9 outta 10 of them had there asses handed to them AFTER Dana baught out the company and forced the "rockstars" to fight against caliber fighters. Dana sets up good, even matches, unlike PRIDE did. RIP peace faggots. Long live the UFC.

Hey doesn't technically own himself. He always said they were trying to find different ways to get UFC on TV. He said that first really pissed off we got a reality show. This means they probably pitched a ton of ideas at networks. and Reality show is the one they choose. That is all.

my opinion, ufc doesn't know how to present their fighters on their show. down in japan, they actually put together some kind of storyline, and grasps people who watch to get interest or some background on the fighters. all you hear when you watch ufc from the fighters is, "i'm gonna beat him down, i've been training hard and i'll win." no duhhh? point is, ufc has tough fighters, shitty show though to me. i wouldn't want to see sakuraba there anyways
