you said it can be done.. with due respect, may I ask if you have done one? or, if you know of someone who did it and in production until now? If it is a common knowledge, why is Engr. Dingel's invention still sought after? Please refer me to auto manufacturers on production mode using hydrogen vapor.
He is not fraud, indeed. Maybe it will not be a problem if we can help him come out in the open. Maybe if we can convince the Phil govt to listen and the IMF to understand. There can still be creative ways for a win-win, dont you think so?
