Not trying to be the smart guy, but the alcohol isn't LIGHTER it's less dense, there is a difference.

I know how you did it. you put a hole in the far side of the card. the water is a heavier substance and the whisky was lighter so when you moved the card a little to the side the water the heavier substance went to the bottom. whisky the lighter substance floated to the top cup of the cup causing them to switch places.
