No. That hypothesis was tested and proven incorrect. Some dude (I forget his name) chopped off mouse tails for several generations to see if lack of use caused them to deteriorate. It didn't. It seems as though your understanding of evolution is a bit confused. You might want to do some research on the matter.

can someone explain to me why a caterpillar must go through a metamorphosis to turn into a butterfly?...whats the point in that if the caterpillar is fine and surviving the why it is? is that a form of quick evolution? just another question im looking for different opinions on, and hell, why cant i have that trait, so i didnt have to worry about technology to get me off the ground? were is the gene for that, and why dont many other animals have such a trait?...:)..i want to grow wings..:(

There is no intention behind evolution, why do humans have to shed their baby teeth and grow adult teeth? Because doing so helped us prior to dental hygiene. Like sharks and other carnivourous animals, they have replacement teeth. You question is equivalent to asking why people physically change as they get older.

1 thing I don't understand, how were cells formed, as even the most simplest are very complex. For instance, it would need intelligence from the start to make up the other components, but without other components it wouldn't survive anyway... further problem would be that it needs to be able to reproduce from the start, on it's own. Please help me to understand this as someone has stumped me with this one.

Don't look at it in terms of what they are now, but the tiny advantages given to them every generation (evolution is random, no intelligence is involved). The components have become specialized due to millions of years of mutations. Ideas like this are tricky to explain in few words, one should really read into it on their own. That's why the Bible is so appealing. People want it to be easy to understand. They're too lazy to learn for themselves. Read The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins

Natural selection works at the cellular level too. An example is that scientists know that the mitochondria in human cells was at one point a separate organism that eventually morphed into cells and those cells flourished while others languished so the cells with mitochondria passed on their traits through cell 'generations'. It's all out there.
