Sneering Quiet Tit - 3

Uploaded by: betisemcmutton
Video Description:
Third and final part of this...one. I absolutely adored Stephen for drinking that wine (?) with such joy. He probably has one at home, I imagine. "Does it have anything to do with elephants?" "Oooo, interesting...no. But it's good that you're thinking." I did an Alan, when I first watched this, because after the "the mountain begins with an "e" " clue, I screamed "MOUNT ELEPHANT!" at the TV. I would have gotten the german anthem question right, because my two german obsessed friends. They even sung it in germany - which isn't the clever thing to do, since it can stir bad feelings, but they were young and wanted a laugh, so who bloody cares. "I. Have. An. Erection." If I could, I would too, Phill.

I cannot believe ... ( 6 months ago by ahar1982)
I cannot believe that the audience believes the Germans still sing "Deutschland
über alles". It's a joke, isn't it?! If not I can assure you that only rightist extremists sing it, though it's not forbidden by law it's an absolute no-no. Even the third verse is only sung at certain events like the inauguration of national government officials or at games of the national footbal
l team. I have never sung it in my whole life, nor have my friends. BTW: Stephen's pronunciation is absolutely perfect.

I thought that the audience got "Mount Athos" right, so therefor finishing them on -100 seems a bit hard.

That 'Euro Bluff 'was just a reason to correct all the right wing Daily Mail readers of there innocent mistake, and to make everyone believe the E.U is an excellent, logically thinking body.

As for the flag, ... ( 3 months ago by Bluejam1980)
As for the flag, you can see in the clip that the stick is attached to the green stripe, so no matter which way it points, it is still standing correct. Would you stand outside an Irish bank and yell in red-faced anger at the manager if the wind blew it to face West? It amounts to the same thing.

I had no idea the real Mannekin was was stolen seven times. You learn so much watching Q.i! & on behalf of all Q.i fans can I ask that people like NyabKing get a life (and learn to spell). Q.i has no political agenda, & those involved don't care about overreacting Mail readers like Nyab. If you had a sense of humor you'd see it as it is, an interesting show that's worth the license fee alone, stop projecting your own ignorance onto it.

If anything they were poking fun at the EU and it's pointlessly over-the-top, bureaucratic, time wasting, red-tape nonsense.

It's unfortunate, but I believe that there was a part of the German National Anthem that sounded distinctly like "farts a lot". As a completely unrelated side note, apparently the term "Pythagoreum Theorum" sounds like a dirty comment in Danish.

The best thing ... ( 6 days ago by rpgwapn)
The best thing about it is that the stanza was coined long before the national socialists came to power (1841!); the idea was that the unification of the states of the german confederation had to be the main priority of the german people (thus it should be translated as "German unification over everything in the world"). The border of this united Germany was considered to be four rivers, Maas, Etsch, Belt and Memel. But I guess most germans don't know that, either.
