IQ tests are biased on many levels. If you've ever taken one you'd see questions like "the saucer goes with the...?" If you grow up in a family where your cups go with your saucers then you'd get the question right, if you didn't, you'd most likely get the question wrong. This would make IQ scores not genetically based, as you say, but culturally based. Saying that African Americans in general have an 80 IQ score is both inaccurate and more than a bit racist. And no, I'm not African American.

Just goes to show, you know nothing about IQ tests then. Because if you did, you would know that they took those factors into account and designed the IQ tests to suit the region/race.

Well, evolution is always happening, it's an adaptation, not a "progression". So ideally, heat wouldn't slow evolution of your brain, it would merely adapt differently than the way a brain in the cold may adapt. Evolution is changes of adaptation, not making you "smarter".

...and as we evolve, we progress towards perfection or satisfactory status in our new environment (if the environment becomes stagnant or stable). U have some sort of grudge against 'progress'. We can't measure evolution from the very beginning, but we CAN measure from the recent past. The people who have migrated the most distance over the past 200,000 years or so have become more excellent.
