It looks like Regine is having trouble during the first half of the song. It's like something's wrong with her instrument or something. I don't what it is, but she looks like she's saying something to the people backstage. Well whatever it was it didn't stop her from singing!

probably already stated but the hurdy gurdy gal is really frusturated by the crappy sound levels-- she looks over at the lead singer multiple times and over at the crew to get her levels up- it finally gets better in the second verse
