Richey.... Think its more to do with legalities, than an actual personal acceptance within the band and family that he is dead. Also might have something to do with the release of Richey's lyrics on album, that they are working on at the minute, that they have had to declare him dead. Still a sad time for all Manic fans I think!!!!

I saw the Manics in the summer supporting the Foo Fighters and musically they were top drawer. To be fair though they looked a little pissed off supporting someone else when they should be playing to stadium audiences themselves.
