the reason is because back then the viewers were like 16 and over so the wwf could do shit like hang bossman and "sacrifice" Dennis Knight but now the viewers are like 12 year olds so they took it down alot so the parents wouldn't complain and say stuff like because of WWE has shown my kid very abusive things so thats why the attitude era was the best

there are still millions who miss those days[attitude]...also the ratings of raw ..u can check ,,,,how they fall linearly as the show goes on.nicolodean kids survey found that when those kids who r the main conc. of wwe grow up ...they'll be able to understand the storylines ....and i think then wwe will turn back to more hardcore and adult ...vulgar era.
