Proliferrrrrrrrrrrrr Something folks like you willfully ignore is that Roe V Wade did not grant any right to abortion... It forbade government control of reproduction. The decision expressed the concern that once any control was established, that there was no guarantee it wouldn't be used. China controls reproduction. Maybe one day we will decide that radical fundys shouldn't breed. The control, once established could then force abortions upon the unwilling.

Comparing taking an animal life to a human life is nonsense. Birds, bears, moose, and deer can be shot for food for people just like we butcher cows and hogs and like other carnivore animals hunt as well. Hunting is also a legitimate means of animal population control, but those methods should never be applied to human population control. Humans are of infinitively greater value than any animal.

Proliferrrrrrrrrrrrr I'll make it as simple as possible for you. It is the decision by the mother to carry the fetus to term, which confers humanity upon the fetus. The fetus does not by virtue of its existance, automatically possess rights which remove the right of the host to determine the use of her own body. Doing so is essentially a 9 month long rape, in which someone else is imposing their view of the best use of her body upon her, against her will.
