I don't man, I broke my leg while on vacation in Canada, and they seemed pretty happy with the healthcare. I'm not even a citizen and they treated me quicker than any hospital I've been to here in the US.
I know it's not as severe as a liver transplant, but I was treated quickly and paid like 12 bucks or something
