In the semi finals all the countries can vote,however on the actual final all the countries who were eliminated in the Semi Final should be excluded from the final voting.

Beautiful girls (specially the vocalist) and nice song. But I think they didn't won because of the bad show: It isn't enough to look nice and sing good. They just remained static and forgot about the choreography, which I, as spectator, think is a must in this kind of business.
