Wich are your arguments when you said "too bad it's lame playback"? Just beacause the audition is to great to be true? Remember it is Eurovision, due to this fact:
1. The location is special destinated for this type of concert (Voice and band), in order to provide a good sound;
2. At Eurovision, the tradition requests only live performance, either participants or special guest;
3. I have not heard before as Goran Bregovic uses the playback

I have to admit that on Romania Eurovision contest eache member of Wedding and Funeral Orchestra has own microphone, and in this clip only Goran, Alen and Radkova sisters from backing vocal (apparently) has mk.

Have you actually seen any live acts in your life ? Have you ever heard about such things as microphones (hint: trumpets with no microphones can't be heard on TV) ?
