I went in there a number of years ago. I was immediately recognized as an American, and one fucker made some comment about "bloody Yanks" but that's as far as it went. Gutless locals didn't want to mess with me, a rather large ex-Paratrooper and boxer. I took my time enjoyed my lager, and left with no problem.
