This video is funny shit. Mopeds are pretty fun when you "throw a kit on that bitch" and can be used as cheap transportation in urban area's. To slow stock to keep up with traffic, but with a kit u can on 40mph speed limit roads. You don't gotta insure them in alot of states and registration is 5 bucks for 3 years here. Not bad for something you find at a garage sale.
