Another fat person who changed to a high nutrient low calorie diet. Shoveling trans fat down your throat for 10 years and then eating nutrient dense food will have that effect on people. =0 How healthy were you before starting raw honestly and answer the paleolithic issue.

Your Paleolithic issue is a back and forth debate over 'theory', and we can sit and argue over it for years on end, it leads nowhere except Postulating in our heads back and forth which in the end is utterly useless. You didnt have enough information on Raw Vegan Diet. There is a right way and a wrong way to do it. Read RAWFAMILY dot com, and you will Understand. If i eat Hybridized sweet fruit and nothing else, then technically i am a Raw Vegan, but when i run into trouble with it, we dont blame it on 'raw vegan' its my fault for being so unbalanced ! MASSIVE DIFFERENCE ! you seem to Not understand or are aware of what im talking about
