you can get it through netflix now...just ordered it and suicide club. It's just sad to think that teens in japan really are unsatisfied with their life that they lose hope.

My opinion:
Suicide Circle has more blood. But the blood effects are better for Noriko's Dinner Table. But I like Noriko's Dinner Table more, because it has a story that explains what Suicide Circle is about. So watch both. :D

What are you talking about. It's not about losing hope. In Japan, suicide has longer been considered honorable. Take the idea of a suicide pact. Its about not dying alone.

I checked out Noriko's Dinner Table last week without having previously watched Suicide Circle and was fully able to enjoy it without feeling unsatisfied or in the dark. Having said that, I will be watching Suicide Circle in the near future. Something about Japanese high school girls just never fails to put a smile on my face :-). Seriously though, this is an insightful piece into the psyche of young, female suburban J culture. Haunting to boot!

By the way, it's a SIN to watch ANY foreign flick in dubbed english. No matter how well it's done it ALWAYS sounds cheesy and the mouthing is off. Soak up some language and turn on the subtitles please. That is all :-).

i looked all over Youtube for this movie.. it isnt here, and on the Jap. verison of youtube... theres no english subtitles of corse!!
