Portland drivers in the snow

Video Description:
A snowstorm on the morning of Jan 16th 2007 left about 3-4 inches of snow and ice on the ground in Portland, Oregon. This is what happens to people with too much confidence in their 4WD and zero experience driving on icy snow.
Video was taken around SW Salmon and 20th Avenue, which is pretty steep (to be fair).

you dumbass thats why there slideing everywhere to begin with. down shift not break ALWAYS have chain in your car if the area you live in has even the smallest amount of snow, winter tires are a big help to.

I'm from Winnipeg, Canada, and it snows here a lot and the roads get really icy, so I have to say that they're at a big disadvantage. I doubt any of them have winter tires because it hardly snows there, and also we have trucks spray sand on the roads to add traction, and yet the streets here still get really slippery. Also, they're on a slanted street, so I see why it would be tough driving in those conditions, lol.
