There is always some of this activity going on. It has something to do with status behavior. It is a demonstration, and something like a boot camp kind of thing. It is totally sick and messed up if you don't want to participate or get hurt in some way. Probably baboons and other troop or packing behavior animals do something like that, or have some version of hazing. It can become very overbearing or illegal.

i vote that anyone who thinks that was ok be raped with a broomstick, and then we can re-survey everyone and see if it was still "blown out of proportion". i for one... know for a fact that i dont want a broom stick in my ass.

LOL!! the guy wasnt raped, they chased him around with the broomstick. If this kid is at the point of making a deal out of teasing, hes been getting harrassed for a lot longer than this one incident, and that should be whats being investigated.
