All eras were good for music. 60's had great psych-folk, 70's has great singer/songwriters, the 80's had great dance, new-wave and rock, the 90's with it's grunge and alternative rock, and now the 2000s with lap-pop and freak-folk, etc. But in terms of radio, there is not much good going right now, in my perspective.

Yeah, I totally agree. I am now 35 and I can't stand what is on the radio right now. Everything is hip-hop infused generic beats Beyonce-flavored crap.
